Compliance handled properly.
Rented properties in England require a satisfactory Electrical Installation Condition Report at least every five years, and a copy must be supplied to tenants and, on request, to the local authority.
We carry out the inspection, issue the report on NICEIC-supported software, and quote separately for any remedial work identified. Nothing is carried out without your approval, and we can work directly with agents to arrange tenant access.
For managed portfolios we can programme inspections in batches so certificates stay in date without you having to track them individually.
