What we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us: your name, telephone number, email address, property address or postcode, and the details of the work you are enquiring about.
Enquiries sent from this website open in your own email application, so the information reaches us as an ordinary email rather than being stored by the website itself.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange surveys and installations, issue certification, and to keep the records we are required to hold as an NICEIC approved contractor and MCS certified installer.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is necessary to deliver your work or to meet a legal or scheme obligation — for example with certification bodies such as NICEIC or MCS, with your electricity network operator when notifying an installation, or with manufacturers when registering an equipment warranty.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are kept only as long as they are useful, and then deleted. Records relating to completed installations, certification and invoicing are retained for as long as required by scheme rules, warranty terms and UK tax law.
